Install the plug-in To install our plug-in so you will need to upload the files to your ftp.

Follow these steps:

1) Unzip the package (using WinZip or Winrar or similar program).

2) Upload it in root/module of your store catalog with Filezilla or similar FTP program.

Here's how it might look in FileZilla:

Upload our files here and they will automatically end up in the right place and will not overwrite any

other files in the folders that our plug-in uses.

Then when you're upgrading, you simply overwrite all of our files in the same way as you did when

you uploaded the first time.

Settings

Billmate ID Here you enter your four-digit key that you will find when you log on to Billmate Online and click

your way to Settings > Integration > Billmate API details.

Secret Here you enter your twelve-digit key that you will find when you log on to Billmate Online and click

your way to Settings > Integration > Billmate API details.

The order ID is used by Billmate Here you can choose what you want to appear as order id in the Billmate Online.

Enable invoices If you activate this setting, you can activate the invoices directly from the PrestaShop through a

specified order status. The order status that will activate the order in Billmate Online is chosen in the

next step.

Order status for automatic order activation of Billmate Online Here you choose the order status to activate the order in Billmate Online.

Enable Get address If you enable this setting, so the customer can enter his or her social security / organization number

in cash and collect their accounting information. Then the form will be filled automatically with the

customer's information.

Logo shown in the invoice Here you can decide what logo you want to use for this store, for example, if you have multiple

stores which are connected to a Billmate account you can choose the logo for this shop by using the

names of the logo in Billmate Online.

Activated Here you choose to enable or disable this payment method.

Test mode Here you can activate a test mode that makes it possible to carry out a test purchase with a bank

payment. It is important that the test mode is not activated when your store is active. This is because

if a customer tries to place orders with this payment option set to test mode, no real orders will be

created in Billmate Online.

Set order status This section identifies the status you want a new order that is bought with this payment method

should have.

Minimum order sum This is where you set what minimum value that will apply for an order for this payment method will

be active.

Maximum order sum This is where you set what the maximum value that will apply for an order for this method of

payment will be inactive.

Sort order Here you can specify a sort order in your payment methods. This means that when the customer is in

your check-out, you can determine the order of payment options will be located. The lowest number

is at the top!

Activated Here you enable or disable this payment method.

Test mode Here you can activate a test mode that allows you to test it out with a test card for testing so that the

payment option works as it should. It is very important that the test mode is NOT activated when

your store is active because the real credit card will not be permitted in test mode!

Enable 3D secure Here you can choose whether to enable 3D secure for your card module.

Name display in payment window Here you can choose if the customer should enter their first and last name in the payment window.

Payment solution Here you can set how a card orders will be processed. Only authorization means that the amount

reserved on the customer's credit card that can be charged manually afterwards. Sale means that the

amount is deducted directly on the customer's credit card.

Set order status This section identifies the status you want a new order that is purchased with this payment option

should have.

Maximum order sum Here you set what the maximum value should apply for an order for this method of payment to be

inactive.

Sort order Here you can specify a sort order for your payment methods. This means that when the customer is

in your check-out, you can determine the order payment options should be. Low numbers are at the

top!

Test mode Here you can activate a test mode which means that you can make a test order without a proper

credit check is performed to ensure that the payment option works as it should. It is important that

the test mode is not activated when your store is active. This is because if a customer tries to place

orders with this payment option set to test mode, no real orders will be created in Billmate Online.

Invoice fee Here, you specify how much you want to charge the customer the service charge after using this

payment method.

Tax rate invoice fee Here you can set whether you want the sales tax on the service charge.
