Install the plug-in To install our plug-in so you will need to upload the files to your ftp.

Follow these steps:

1) Unzip the package (using WinZip or Winrar or similar program).

2) Upload it in the root of your store catalog with Filezilla or similar FTP program.

Here's how it might look in FileZilla:

Upload our files here and they will automatically end up in the right place and will not overwrite any

other files in the folders that our plug-in treats.

Then when you're upgrading, you simply overwrite all of our files in the same way as you did when

you uploaded the first time.

Navigation You will find your Billmate modules here.

Installation of Billmate Invoice Begin by clicking on Edit when you select the module in the list.

Enable Billmate Module

Here you enable or disable this payment method.

Set Order Status

Here you can set the status of a new order when a customer uses this payment method.

Merchant ID Here you enter your four-digit key that you will find when you log on to Billmate Online and click

your way to Settings > Integration > Billmate API details.

Shared Secret Here you enter your twelve-digit key that you will find when you log on to Billmate Online and click


Product artno attribute

Here you can set whether to use the model or ID number as article number.

Countries

Here you can set which countries you want to be able to use this payment option.

Order value maximum limit

Here you can put a maximum limit. Customer orders must be below this amount for this

payment method to appear.

Here you can put a minimum limit. Customer orders must be below this amount for this

Here you can choose to ignore any records from the total order value list when we compile

your invoices.

Test Mode Here you can activate a test mode which means that you can make a test order without a proper

credit check is performed to ensure that the payment option works as it should. It is important that

the test mode is not activated when your store is active. This is because if a customer tries to place

orders with this payment option set to test mode, no real orders will be created in Billmate Online.

Payment Zone

Here you can set whether you want only specific zones to be able to use this payment

method.

Sort order of display

Here you can sort the different payment methods. The lowest number will be top of the list

when the customer is in your check out.

Enable Display name Here you can choose if the customer should enter their first and last name in the payment window.

Enable 3D secure Here you can choose whether to enable 3D secure for your card module.

Authentication Mode

Here you can set how you want the order to be processed when a customer uses Billmate

Card as payment option. Sale means that the card will be charged directly and

authentication means that the amount will be reserved on the card which you can then

manually charge afterwards.

Disabled Countries

Here you can set which countries you do NOT want to be using this payment option.

Test Mode Here you can activate a test mode that allows you to test it out with a test card for testing so that the

payment option works as it should. It is very important that the test mode is NOT activated when

your store is active because the real credit card will not be permitted in test mode!
