“OPTIMIZE THE ‘GO TO MARKET’ PROCESS”

During the development of our Strength Product Lines, we looked not to “reinvent” the process but to optimize it. Inotec brought together a global team of three established groups; our Swiss based sales and marketing team with over 20 years expe-rience in commercial strength equipment marketing and educa-tion, our US-based design group specializing in elite-level com-mercial strength equipment, and our manufacturing partner with

more than 15 years experience producing equipment for premium brands. Working together, we drew upon that expertise to com-bine design and innovation prowess with reputable manufactur-ing efficiency. The result of this approach is what you see here: Strength Products that offer elite-level performance, cutting edge visual appeal, ergonomic and bio-mechanical functionality, and superb reliability.

Natural Aesthetics combined with Natural Functionality: Our vision in developing the aesthetic design was to create an exercise environment that will compliment and enhance the de-sign of any facility. Using cues derived from nature, Inotec ma-chines are visually striking, and functionally elegant. The visual image they present is reinforced by the quality of their function-ality and reliability.

Colors are sophisticated and prominent. Uniform low-profile weight towers enhance stability and give the machines a reas-suring appearance. The balanced look and uniformity of the foot-print is not only appealing, it assists in organized floor-plan place-

ment. Frame material dimensions are robust but not to the point of being visually excessive. Weight plate covers are translucent, allowing the user to sense the energy and power created by their movements.

The better the fit, the more the machine works with the user. Touch points use an advanced rubber/polymer that optimizes comfort and support. Clearly highlighted adjustment points assist the user in achieving a perfect fit with the machine. Advanced foam molding processes used for seats and backrests are con-toured, offering evenly distributed support.

LOOK:First Impression of the Inotec Natural Line is that of sophistica-tion, stability, and order. Weight towers are low profile, visually appealing and uniform throughout the line. Consistent tower placement and footprint allow the machines to be set in an orga-nized fashion within the club.

TOUCH:Seats and pads, use a high quality vinyl material which is double stitched for durability. Seats also incorporate an advanced foam molding process that allows for detailed contours giving stable and uniform support. Hand grips are tactile helping to prevent slipping. Adjustment pins are easily visible and accessible.

FEEL:Independent converging and diverging movements result in a nat-ural, biomechanically correct path of motion. Sealed rotary and linear bearings optimize the movement of the weights, belts and connecting arms. The result is smooth and quiet motion. Weight stacks cycle within translucent covers allowing the user to “con-nect” with the power they are creating through their exercise.

Each Natural Line Station features a rubber lined accessory holder built into the top tower cover. They are designed to hold users’ water bottles, iPod™, keys, etc.

EXCEEDING GOALS

The INOTEC Athletic Line has been designed to meet and

exceed expectations of serious athletes lifting substantial

amounts of weight. Special design emphasis is placed on

structural rigidity, as well as functionality, durability and ease

of use.

DESIGN:Computer Aided Design (CAD), which previously focused on structural strength, now also incorporates means to analyze proper user fit and movement analysis. Working in concert with our experts in Biomechanics, the Athletic Line delivers the means for weight training at the highest level.3mm gauge steel tubing and oversized sealed bearings allow for max lifting loads ranging from 250kg to 1000kg (Leg Press). Weight Horns are fabricated from solid steel bar stock and are Chrome plated. Corrosion protection is enhanced, using an ad-vanced “Cationic Epoxy Electrocoat” process (used extensively in the automotive industry.)

TESTING:Reliability and structural testing follow guidelines from ASTM and EN957, as well as our own “Max Load Drop Test” which simulates a “worst case” loading scenario. Along with the testing we do in our lab, we have several “partner” fitness clubs where these ma-chines are placed months prior to their introduction. This allows us to observe their use (and misuse) in the real world.

STYLE:Aesthetics, of course, have not been forgotten. The “gunmetal” color of the base, contrasting with the “INOTEC-Orange” move-ment areas and laser cut logo plates give the Athletic Line the special look it deserves. A cool, explosive impression.

EDUCATIONTrainers are required to have thorough

knowledge of P6’s vast exercise options. Our trainer education program is built on 6 performance

factors and teaches the fundamentals of Small Group Training, as well as how to handle specific issues

such as: teaching “hi level” athletic training to “mid level” club members, varying the inten-sity of a specific exercise to accommodate

various fitness levels, and reacting to changing participant numbers.

Configuration examples

The modular structure of the P6 Hexagon easily

lends itself to versatility; not only in the number

of exercises that can be performed but also in

how efficiently it fits into your facility. In limited

space situations, the Hexagon can be mounted

against a wall. The wall mounted edge can

be used for storage for weights, suspension

straps etc. In larger areas, separate Hexagons

can be connected via Cross Ladders creating

a fully featured training environment which will

handle groups of up to 20 participants.

We offer several “standard configurations”

set up for cross training, functional training,

or suspension training (such as TRX). The P6

Top is our premier model. It includes our most

sophisticated training stations: full featured Dual

Adjustable Pulley, Heavy Bag, Cross Ladder and
