A new learning method to work in a collaborative way

1. What is it ?1. What is it ?

InnoTube is a Web-based system aiming at supporting and stimulating Innovation-centered Knowledge Exchange and Sharing among distributed groups and communities.

InnoTube consists of 6–coupled knowledge exchange environments , namely:

1. a featured Video Channels Space2. a Community Network Visualization and Navigation To ol (NVNT)3. a Rich Profiling Space 4. a set of Intelligent Agents (Connection A., Recomme nding* A.,

InnoTube supports and facilitates the collaborative work in communities

of innovators and of learners

InnoTube can be used alone as collaborative WEB2.0 working environment in order to foster ideas and experiences exchange and sharing, but also in combination with a simulation, as follows:

• to support to the simulation� in order to sustain the collaborative work / activities between the community

members, or� for helping the simulation facilitator(s) in managing the simulation community of

users

• using the simulation as a support in order to pursue a goal in a specific context of use (e.g. innovation, change, executive education…)� e.g. focus on collaboration thanks to EagleRacing

� e.g. focus on change thanks to EIS or LingHe…
