What is Infoblast• Infoblast is a suite of communication and messaging services that is

available via a fixed line number, offered to TM customers through a single portal or an Infoblaster

• This service is capitalizing on mirror number to enable customer to send and receive messages via internet enable PC. All transaction will be billed at the Fixed Line number telephone bill.

• Infoblast can be accessible through

– Infoblast Portal

– Downloadable Client- Infoblaster

• The pre-requisite for customer to register with this service:

– TM Fixed Line

– Internet enable PC

• Infoblast will prompt no of new voice message and new SMS. System will play 20 latest messages. New SMS messages will have to be read from the portal/ Infoblaster

How to Register to Infoblast• To register, log –on to http://www.infoblast.com.my

• Customer needs to have these information in order to register with Infoblast:

• Customer will be given an activation PIN. Customer must remember the PIN for account activation

• Customer will have to fill form to choose desired username and password.

How To Activate Infoblast Account• For activation, customer need to dial 1-300-888-666 from the

registered telephone number

• Select Language

• Select Account Activation

• Enter the temporary PIN Number to activate the account.

• Once account is activated, customer may now log on to Infoblast Account .
