Our specialty lies in the field of fire retardancy and is covered by a wide range of materials that is permitted to be used in public areas and on ships. Walls, floors and ceilings; fire-retardant products Floor INNO(c) special products has the possibilities to manufacture carpets in any decor of your choice. . The floor covering is available in several qualities that all perform well and meet specific standards in different environments. For example; 3 qualities meet the IMO standards which means these carpets can be used on (cruise)ships. All carpet qualities are covered with a 10 year warranty on print and fabric. . The material will be delivered on rolls or in tiles and benefits by its durability and easy to clean surfaces. The polyurethane is anti-allergic and antibacterial. The standard collection consists of several colours. Besides these standards, from a minimal order capacity it is possible to order this floor covering in any RAL colour of your choice. Ceiling (and wall) In the seemless covering and finishing of ceilings and walls one can pick from several different materials, like stretch fabric, polyester foil and even burnproof paper. Each material can be used to create a certain atmosphere and solutions are available to suite for every purpose and budget. A material with great product/price rating is polyester foil. Due to its huge stretching capacity a great freedom of form is conceived by hooking it on to a diverse range of profiles. The use of these foils offer simple and neat solutions in recovery and renovation projects. It is possible to integrate climate control systems or lighting elements in the fabric. The translucent version of the material can even perform as an indirect source of light by itself. The foils can also be used to improve thermal and acoustic comfort and due to certain fillers the materials meet fire requirements. A wide range of standard collections that vary in colour, shine, translucency and texture is available. Also possibilities in decorating and (photo)printing are infinite. A sample will be created first for control before the start of production Apart from carpets our collection includes polyurethane floor, free from toxic gasses or plasticizers Various Manipulation The reproduction of art works, paintings, pictures, photographs (digital/analog) as well as the creation of wall sized images and enlarging files at the best possible quality are operations we will be pleased to perform for you with great accuracy. The number of collections is still growing and some of these can hardly be distinguished from real leather. Benefits from using artificial leather lie in the area of fire retardancy and workability. The artificial leather finds its purpose in the covering of furniture or walls and can be used to improve the acoustic comfort of spaces. We are able to process prints on most of these materials. HPL (High Pressure Laminate) HPL has been on the market for quite some time now. It is often used to cover facades, doors, tables etcetera. The material performs very well in fields like fire retardancy, durability and scratch hardness. Beyond standard decors that you might be familiar with, we are able to fabricate any decor of your choice. We have possibilities to process your own designs and besides that we are also able to create replicas of materials that cannot be used in a certain environment due to safety or fire regulations. The minimum manufacturing order is 1 panel (132 x 305cm²). Flat and rigid materials Flat and rigid materials like glass, polycarbonate, polystyrene, aluminium, wood (f.e. tables and doors) up to 4cm thick can be provided with any decor of your choice. By making use of diverse finishing techniques like coating with toxic free epoxy, durable and sustainable surfaces can be created. By making correct combinations in the use of material/way of decorating/finishing, high quality and burnproof products that will meet specific requirements can be created. Flexible materials We are able to prepare all pictures or designs on foil to be used at, for example, windows and division walls. Photo quality prints can be manufactured. Also large format prints in excellent quality for inside use as well as outside use on, for example, canvas, mesh or bisonyl, can be prepared and delivered by our company.
