2. FORMAT

The competition has 2 phases: Online Qualifier and a LIVE Final.

A. ONLINE CLASSIFICATION

The Online Qualifier will consist of 3 WODs which will be announced on April 3, 10 and 12, the results of which must be registered on the event website www.lastfreakstanding.com, the day previous to the end of each round by 23:00 (CEST)It is obligatory to video record each WOD and include its link on YOUTUBE or Vimeo at the event website. It is obligatory to complete the 3 PHASES of the online classification to be able to qualify for the Grand Final.

B. THE FINAL

Only the 12 best will qualify for the exclusive final on the 18th of April on Instagram Live Sreaming of the Fittest Freak. There will be a host presenter, DJ and more than one famous face.

In the final the finalists will be put into pairs. Once the pairings have been made, we will connect with each athlete to do their WOD live from their home.

THE LAST FREAK STANDING is an individual digital competition open to everybody, in eliminatory rounds and designed to be done at home.

It consists of 3 knockout CLASSIFICATION PHASES and has 4 CATEGORIES (MEN, WOMEN, ADAPTIVE STANDING and ADAPTIVE SEATED).

For CLASSIFICATION PHASE 1 of the MEN and WOMEN categories, 4 different WOD will be set with the same central body

Athletes can choose to appear at that PHASE by performing one, two, three or all four of the WODs. The same number of finalists will be chosen from each WOD to advance to CLASSIFICATION PHASE 2.

The ADAPTIVE category qualifying WODs will include Standing and Seated, including balanced options so that the largest number of participants can perform them.

FINAL

April 18, 2020 - live Instagram streaming on the Fittest Freakest profile.

Entry is free and all participants must be over 18 years old. No specific registration is required. Registration will be completed once the results of the 3 PHASES of the online classification have been correctly registered online.

A. ONLINE CLASSIFICATION

Entry to the online qualifier will be done by the recording and registration on the website www.lastfreakstanding.com of the videos where the result of the WODS is clearly shown. Each video must begin with a short introduction giving your name and athlete category. And also presenting the correct equipment to be used that is specified for that particular WOD qualifier.

The video must clearly show the result of the WOD. The scores could be modified at any moment within the given time period, so they must be accompanied with the video link with corresponding registered score.

The organisation will verify the qualifying participants videos to check that the results registered are true and comply with the specified requirements.

B. THE FINAL

It will be obligatory that all the semi-finalists and finalists wear Nike brand clothing in order to participate. The Organisation, given present circumstances, will try to send a Nike look to the final 12 contestants which they can compete in at home. If that is not possible, participants will have to take responsibility for this requirement.The organization will publish the list of the 12 qualifiers for the final phase through the same channels as previous rounds.

7. ACCEPTANCE

The competition will have 4 categories: · MALE · FEMALE · ADAPTIVE SEATED · ADAPTIVE STANDING

The 12 qualifying participants for the final phase will receive a Nike look at their homes. This delvery will be sent from Fittest Freakest (if circumstances and the state of emegency allow), so that they wear it for the live stream final.

The winner of each category will also be able to choose any Nike footwear available at Fittest Freakest, which will be sent after the competion, within a period of 5 to 7 working days (subject to changes imposed by the state of emergency).

On registration to one of the WOD classificatories at the event website, participants give their consent to THE BOX BROTHERS S.L and the main sponsors of the event, for themselves or third party entities, to automatically use their personal data exclusively for sports, promotional or commercial purposes. In accordance with the Constituitional Law 15/1999, 13 December, of the Protection of Personal Data, the participant has right of access to these files with the purpose to rectify or cancel completely or partially their content. To do so, it will be requested in writing to THE BOX BROTHERS S.L, Carrer Diputació 343, 08009 Barcelona or by e-mail info@fittestfreakest.com). Similarly, and in accordance with the sports, promotional and distribution interests and exploitation of the LAST FREAK STANDING competition, participants fully authorise with unlimited time to THE BOX BROTHERS the adverising use of photos, videos and any other type of photographic or audiovisual material in which they may appear, accepting the publication of my name in the test clasification,in the media, cinema and/or Internet, without expecting any remuneration for this concept.

THE BOX BROTHERS S.L undertakes that the use of these images will not in any way undermine the honor and reputation, nor will it be contrary to the interests of the participants, respecting the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable legislation.

9. ORGANIZATIONAll athletes that want to enter this tournament must have sufficient knowledge and practice to be able to carry out any of the programmed exercises in order to enter the competition.The tournament organisers reserve the right to include any exercise in the tournament programme, the participant being responsible to fulfil the needs of each of the exercises given.

In the Adaptive versions, we will try to ensure that all participants can carry out the exercises given.

This competition will be broadcast on the Fittest Freakest communication channels, including social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) that the organisation deems appropriate. On registering in one of the qualifying WODs on the event website, the participants accept all the above conditions.

Likewise, with the registration of their WODs on the event website, all participants in this competition assume are fully aware of its risks and assume full responsibility for them, including the risk of damage to their property, physical injury, accident and death, among others, and release and exempt from liability, compensation and undertake not to file lawsuits against THE BOX BROTHERS SL and Nike SLU, their agents, volunteers, contractors and people who work for the organization (“Released Parties”), from claims, lawsuits, actions, responsibilities, judgments, awards, costs and expenses of any nature including claims for death, physical injury, disability or property damage related to their participation in any of the phases of the competition regardless of its cause or reason .
