In the springtime, I love a light and fresh green juice that’s lower in sugar and packed with nutrients, like this one. To make this juice extra nutrient- packed, I added two types of dark-colored greens, kale and romaine, and added electrolytes with the celery. Since this recipe only calls for one piece of fruit, it’s also lower in sugar and in calories. Enjoy this juice while looking at beautiful spring flowers, INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS 1. 6 celery stalks 2. 2 – 4 romaine (cos) leaves 3. 4 kale (Tuscan cabbage) leaves 4. 1 apple, cored 5. 1 lemon, juiced (remove peel) 6. 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger 1. Wash all produce well. 2. Core the apple. 3. Add ingredients through juicer and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS1. 6 celery stalks

2. 2 – 4 romaine (cos) leaves

3. 4 kale (Tuscan cabbage) leaves

4. 1 apple, cored

5. 1 lemon, juiced (remove peel)

6. 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger

1. Wash all produce well.

2. Core the apple.

3. Add ingredients through juicer

and enjoy!
