Owner of this event is Subhash Chandra (Chairman, Essel group)
The Board of ICL included Kapil Dev, Tony Greig, Dean Jones and Kiran More.
It was started with 6 teams and with a projection of 16 teams next 3 years.
It was 100 crores joint venture project between Essel Group and IL & FS.
ICL works on 3D strategy.
