Centric Butterfly ValveBFC Series

The Centric Line Resilient Seat Butterfly Valve is designed for use in ASTM Class

150, DIN PN10/16, and JIS 10K pipe system, and is available in Wafer, Lug and

Flange style body design.

Anti static device has to be quipped with this valve, since the valve disc and

stem was isolated by rubber seat and stem bushings. It will collect the static,

which resulted by the friction between the fluids and disc. In order to prevent

the dangers caused by static, the antistatic device is required.

Valve body with Non-corrosive bearings, and extra O-ring shaft seals for

eliminating risk of leakages along the shaft.

Face to Face : Valve body are designed to meet ISO 5752 table 5 short.

Pressure range : 0 bar (0 psi) ~ 16 bar (230 psi)

Temperature range :Buna- N : -12℃ (10℉) ~ 82℃(180℉)

EPDM : -34℃ (-30℉) ~ 107℃(225℉)

Viton : -12℃(10℉) ~ 135℃(275℉)

5. Support Shaft Seal: Bonding of elastomer to phenolic backing ring protects against distortion, a common cause of shaft leakage.

8. One-Piece Thru Shaft: Ensures dependability and positive disc positioning.

9. O-Ring: Supports prevent stem leakage.

10. Seat Face: Excludes need for flange gaskets.

11. Precision Taper Pins: Ensure positive, vibration, proof, shaft to disc connection. Easily field replaceable.

12. Phenolic Backed Seat: Non-collapsible, stretch resistant, blow out proof. Easily field replaceable.

High Performance Butterfly ValveBFH Series

The axis of disc rotation is double offset to the seat ring. When the disc rotates,

it unseats at a small turning angle by its cam effect. This prevents seat wear and

provides reliable sealing performance over long periods.

The soft seat is designed for high services with minimal wear and low torque.

Sear replacement is a simple operation, requiring no special tools.

1pc shaft design is blow-out proof and is equipped with anti-static devices.

Valve shall be hydrostatically shell tested as per API 598 and MSS SP-61.

Valve shall be seat tested per MSS SP-61. No leakage is permitted for resilient

seated valves.

High Performance Butterfly ValveBFH Series

The axis of disc rotation is double offset to the seat ring. When the disc rotates,

it unseats at a small turning angle by its cam effect. This prevents seat wear and

provides reliable sealing performance over long periods.

The soft seat is designed for high services with minimal wear and low torque.

Sear replacement is a simple operation, requiring no special tools.

1pc shaft design is blow-out proof and is equipped with anti-static devices.

Valve shall be hydrostatically shell tested as per API 598 and MSS SP-61.

Valve shall be seat tested per MSS SP-61. No leakage is permitted for resilient

seated valves.

Temperature range : PTFE : -34℃ (-30℉) ~ 150℃ (302℉)

3. Gland Flange: Administers load against packing gland to prevent extermail leakage. Fully adjustable.

4. Stem Packing: Inverted triangle design PTFE prevents external leakage out valve neck to full ASTM hydrostatic shell test pressures.

5. Over Travel Stop: Prevents disc from rotating into the wrong quadrant.

6. Soft-Seat: Teflon seat with encapsulated elastomeric o-ring core for resiliency.

7. Blow Out Proof Shaft: Soild shaft provides alignment and rigid support for disc.

8. Packing Gland: Separate part from gland flange, preventing uneven load distribution against packing.

9. Bearings: Both above and below of the disc, bearings are of composite design; PTFE bonded to epoxy-glass filament wound ring. Used to align shaft, with hing capacity, low wear, and low friction coefficient.

10. Wedge Pin: Provide positive mechanical attachment of disc to shaft.

11. Body: ASME B16.34 design in either wafer, or lug configuration.

12. Disc: 360˚ uniterrupted spherical edge for sealing. Profile is designed for maximum flow and equal percentage control.
