Order Placement

In order to trade through Market Place Platform, click on the “BUY” button on the bottom of the

scrip card. Once you click on the “Buy” button, order placement window will appear with pre-filled

details for Exchange, Action and Quantity. Click on “SUBMIT” button and view order details before

final placement of order. Click on “CONFIRM” button and Place the order. Details of your order will

appear in Order Book.

Once the order is placed, it can be seen in the Order book. By the following path: User Profile icon -> My Orders

Order Modification From the order book, user can modify OPEN orders. Once you click on the MODIFY button for an open order, the Place Order is pre-filled with the details entered by the user at the time of order placement. User is allowed to change the price, quantity, order type and validity fields to modify the order, other fields would remain disabled. Click on “CONFIRM” button to view your modified order. Press “SUBMIT” again to confirm and place your modified order. Details of your order will be updated in Orders Book.

Order Cancellation From the order book, user can cancel OPEN orders. Once you click on the “CANCEL” button for an open order, a confirmation window for Order Cancellation is opened. On confirming, the order is cancelled.

Square Off: Open “Open Positions” link by following path: User Profile icon->My Orders->Transaction Reports->Open Positions

Click on “SQUARE OFF “option.

Position Conversion : You can convert your open positions directly from Open Position tab. In Open Positions you can view all the positions (closed or open) held. You can convert the open position by clicking the Convert Button. On clicking Convert, order placement window would be opened in which you can modify only two fields – Product Type and Quantity, other fields would remain disabled. Once you have entered the desired number of quantities and the product type, you can convert the position. Confirmation message is displayed once the position has been converted successfully.

Limits: You can check trading limits by clicking on the Limits link. You can also check trading limits while placing an order.
