WHY A VIRTUAL EVENT?In light of uncertainties regarding venue usage and travel restrictions due to COVID-19, SES made the bold decision to make the 27th annual National Conference on Christian Apologetics a virtual event for 2020. While we will miss being with our attendees in person, we are still able to provide amazing speakers and even more content. Plenary and breakout sessions will be live-streamed, and the recordings will be posted back to each session for on-demand viewing. Spanish sessions are also included. In addition, attendees will have the ability to connect with our wonder-ful NCCA partners and fellow attendees via the event app or web app.

ATTENDEE DEMOGRAPHICSWe have averaged around 1,500 in-person attendees in the past. Giv-en lower ticket prices and the convenience of the virtual event, we are planning for 4,000 attendees this year giving you even more potential exposure than usual. Our international audience ranges from high school students to senior adults, and includes pastors and ministry leaders as well as lay Christians. In addition to a growing contingency of homeschooling families, we are excited to see exactly what type of new and broader audience segments this virtual event will allow us to reach.

Thank you for being part of this year’s National Conference on Christian Apologetics (NCCA). You are an important part of making this event a success. Please review and sign the contract below, and follow the instructions within regarding payment, etc. This form, and payment, are due by Sept 1, 2020. The earlier you get it to us the earlier you’ll be listed on the conference website. Thank you again, and please join us in prayer for this important event.

I. DOCTRINAL STATEMENTSouthern Evangelical Seminary (SES) emphasizes a conservative theological position in regard to its doctrine (www.ses.edu). Due to the central importance SES places on its doctrinal position, all our affiliates and partners are required to indicate their agreement to not teach/promote anything directly contrary to our Doctrinal Statement as a condition of this partnership.

II. APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY SES reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Partner for inclusion in the annual National Conference on Chris-tian Apologetics. The acceptance of a Partner’s participation does not necessarily carry SES’s endorsement. SES reserves the right to require the modification or removal of any Partner’s profile that, in its opinion, is not in character with the event. SES also reserves the right to refuse participation in the NCCA for any or no reason. We will notify you promptly of this decision.

III. OPERATING HOURSThe Partner’s profile will be uploaded to the NCCA registration site and mobile/web app as soon as possible. Partners will have the ability to connect via video one-on-one with interested attendees throughout the live event, Oct. 12-17, 2020.

IV. SUBLETTING OF SPACEThe Partner may not assign or sublet any digital space allotted to it and may not advertise or display goods other than those sold by them in the regular course if its business. The space assigned to the exhibitor is for its own exclusive use and may be used only for the display of its good and services.

V. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICYAll cancellations must be made in writing to SES. Refunds will be made on cancellations received by Sept. 15, 2020 of all payments less a 10% cancellation fee. No cancellations will be made after Sept. 15, 2020.

VI. LIABILITYThe Partner shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and keep harmless SES from any damage, liability, or expense aris-ing from or out of any loss or injury to any property or person, including the Partner, its agents, employees, which arise from or out of or by reason of the Partner’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or a part there-of.

VII. AGREEMENT TO CONDITIONSEach Partner, for itself and its employees, agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and agrees that the sole control of the event rests with SES.

VIII. PAYMENTCredit card payments must be paid in full when submitting this contract (no later than Sept. 1, 2020, unless an exception is granted). SES reserves the right to select Partners it deems will best fit the overall mission of the conference and semi-nary. If payment in full is not received by Sept. 1, 2020, any reserved space will be released.
