Event Management

Event Management needs to catapult itself outside traditional operating parameters and embrace the rapid change in trends and preferences which are evolving.

Exposing the equipment into the limelight of front of house creates a necessity for a strong interaction with interiors.

Opting for innovation over the conventional translates into a demand for clever products, which in turn are flexible and have a strong focus on dynamic logistics.

And so embrace the fast pace of transportable, folding buffet tables that do away with draping and are flexible enough to cater to endless function types.

Reflect on the aesthetics of naked conferencing whose operational returns are un-paralleled.

And consider mobile live cooking which allows you to personalize every dining experience whilst customizing to suit varying function styles.

Most importantly, feel confident that we have the knowledge and expertise to help you create your own performance benchmarks.

RollawayConference Tables

There is no table on the market that better addresses the key issues of concern whilst maintaing a forefront in design.

Logistically, the need to lift and carry these tables is gone. Instead, protection rollers underneath the tabletop allow the user to fold the legs in and lift from one end enabling a wheel-barrow transport. The impact on occupational safety, time and motion is ground breaking.

Secondary in function, these rollers minimize metal to table top contact in storage and preserve your investment above all traditional expectations.

Choosing not to skirt your tables, better known as naked conferencing, is a strong demand that we have satisfied for many years by offering alternative leg designs and table tops that beautifully complement interiors. The time and labor savings are real and proven in event management facilities worldwide.

The Rollaway table is the smartest, fastest and most durable trestle table available on the world market because it out performs and over achieves in a highly competitive environment.

Page 6: IHS - Conference & Banquet Series

A patented roller feature on the underside of each table top prevents unnecessary damage in storage, reduces the emphasis on weight and guarantees the fastest service pace available.

A careful selection of table top finishes have each been chosen for their contribution to the table’s durability and aesthetic appeal; including padded vinyl, laminates and veneers in endless colour choices.

Our selected timbers includes a protective film to seal it against swelling and distortion that occurs through moisture penetration.

A spring-loaded, self locking mechanism that immediately activates is designed to eliminate any swaying of the tables during service.

The overall construction of the Rollaway table is unique. Its originality has set performance and operational benchmarks in the finest conference facilities globally.

Dining pleasure is achieved through many subtleties, each lending an elegant finesse. The Rollaway table’s contribution to this objective is to offer a comfort that exudes a first class operation.

Its engineering is precise and eliminates the sway that is inherent in others.

Your guests will feel the softly padded vinyl top.

Ergonomically, its leg placement assures dining comfort whilst its overall design ensures years of high performance.

Roller attachments are mounted under the chassis to prevent damage in storage and thereby protecting your investment.

To complete this banquet system we offer a fully caged caddy truck with a secure gate and lock design.

A selection of durable automotive vinyls bonded to the wood core represents our preferred table top finish, with alternatives such as laminates and veneers also available.

To ensure durability, the entire under-structure is bolted through to the table top which prevents separation. Aiding in this objective we use expandable wood rivets in critical stress areas.

An 8-blade spring-loaded locking mechanism ensures that the legs remain straight and sturdy, this eliminates the rocking very common in these larger banquet tables.

Through individual cradles on the caddy trucks, your banquet tables are stored upright and slightly apart from each other to reduce damage; a world first design. This vertical storage distributes the load evenly and safely and provides a very well balanced transport system.

High-tech endurance factors applied for uncompromised strength and stability.
