The sound covers have been proven to reduce noise levels as much as 12 decibals, reducing the chance of hearing-loss related injuries in the workplace. Additionally, the covers meet OSHA noise abatement engineering controls (CFR 1910.95). The covers are available in suspended or machine mounted designs. The free-standing units fit easily into existing production areas and do not interfere with current load, unload or process cycles. An optional feature to the Sweco Sound Cover is a floor mounted support stand for easily moving the cover. With a simple pull of a rope, you can lower or raise your Cover on or off of your Vibro-Energy Finishing Mill. This will allow you to effectively maintain your machine without handling a bulky, awkward cover.
