Message ofMembership ChairAn organisation is just a name without its people. Since 1972 the IFTDO organisation has been given life by people from all over the world. Distinguished people who have given of their time freely to ensure the success of the organisation.

For the past 48 years, IFTDO has served as a wonderful benchmark in the human resource training and development fields, globally.

The world as we know it is changing and so is IFTDO. Now is the time to identify new ideas, welcome new members and new organisations, populate new committees, and embrace new challenges.

Introduction:The International Federation of Training and Development Company (IFTDO) was founded in Geneva, Switzerland in 1972 in order to develop and maintain a worldwide network committed to the identification, development and transfer of knowledge, skills and technology to enhance personal growth, human performance, productivity and sustainable development.

IFTDO Is a UK registered charity and non-profitable organization. It is composed of Full Members, Associate Members and reciprocal Members.

All professional organizations and NGOs are based on a solid and engaged membership. Attracting and retaining members is a vital element for such organizations to continue whether you are a small consulting firm, a large business enterprise, a professional society, a university, government agency or some other organization dedicated to human capital development and/or performance improvement, we invite you to join us.

Discount on registration fee to attend any IFTDO annual conference & exhibition or other events.

Discount on registration is based on the membership package, the discount ranges from 10% up to 30%. The event host will decide in coordination with the Conferences and Certification Committee.

IFTDO offers range certified training programs to its members with discount fees and to the non- members and wider community with higher fee.

Associate Members


IFTDO allows the members to enroll number of their employees to attend the Webinar (IFTDO Talk) for free. These talks are delivered by experts on matters that are relevant to the general membership and run monthly. Members can apply to IFTDO to deliver a talk if they feel they have expertise to offer. Contact [email protected] for further information.

Number of attending employees is based on the membership package, starting from 2 to 6 employees. Full Members are entitled to unlimited facilities including 20 employees who can attend the webinars.

IFTDO publishes a periodic online newsletter, which is sent to all members and subscribers. These newsletters update members on developments in IFTDO and create opportunity for members to (a) Keep up-to-date on what’s happening, (b) Share your expertise or good news story with the members by profiling your organisation in a publication or having an article published., and (c) Advertising your services to the general membership by placing a paid advert in our publication. Full details of this benefit is available [email protected] All articles and adverts published must go through IFTDO internal approval process prior to publication.

(Members will get more publicity through this newsletter, by placing an advertisement all for free. The ads normal size is quarter page in the middle, for the cover page ad fees must apply.

Members may also submit an article which can be published in IFTDO newsletter after it being approved by the management team.

IFTDO will highlight the membership of each new joining members with their details including the logo on IFTDO official website. This free services will also include all existing members.

Members may apply to place paid advertisement in the members section of the website. These advertisements will be quality approved to ensure they support the values of IFTDO.

Full Members who wish to host the annual conference in their country may contact with IFTDO management for approval (Conferences and Certification Committee). IFTDO will provide full support to the conference host from all different aspects.

IFTDO organizes an exchange of experience program which allow members from different companies to visit other companies and share both experiences. (Terms & Conditions apply)

IFTDO can launch the regional chapters, In order to be able to expand in more countries and organize the member’s participation process; also it will help for the regional conferences and providing the certificates and courses. (Terms & Conditions apply)

Members can also avail of a full consultancy service on a commercial basis with highly experienced IFTDO approved consultants.


All members are allowed to use the IFTDO Member Logo on their brochures, letterheads etc.

Members can nominate themselves to service at the Board of Directors enhance visibility through IFTDO’s Executive Board, Task Forces and Committees.

Full Members have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and they elect some office bearers and 5 members of Executive Board for 2-year term every year. Associate Members participate in AGM as observers. They separately elect 4 representatives to the Board, Region-wise (for 4 Regions of the world) every 2 years for a 2-year term.

The IFTDO Global Awards Program recognizes the achievements of organizations and their people. It also provides a valuable database of success stories to inspire and guide others. Past recipients represent a wide range of organization types.Awards will be given to representatives of each of the following membership sectors:● Government organizations , institutions.● Multinational , Large corporations● Small and Medium Enterprises

Members can participate in the exhibition of the conference to showcase their products and services. IFTDO exhibitions usually attracts more than 800 footsteps.

IFTDO supports social and youth entrepreneurship by collaboration with various international bodies, such as the UN, GES, JWEF, and others.
