Communications Plan – Executive Summary
We have received important instructions from senior management that must be properly disseminated to three stakeholder groups
Our Communications Team will package the instructions using different mediums to ensure effective communications
– Digital document in Word and PDF formats for email distribution
– High-level overview of the instructions in a PowerPoint presentation
– FAQ supplementary document
Stakeholder Managers will be assigned to shape the message specific to the interests of each stakeholder group
– Junior employees
– Suppliers
– Clients
Distribution of the instructions will be under the purview of Region/Country Managers after localization
– Localization of the instructions in native language (if necessary)
– Editing the instructions to reflect cultural sensitivities of the region/country
– Distribution of communique via email and scheduling of online meetings for each stakeholder group to provide a high level overview and field questions
We will leverage our best practices in crafting effective communications and our experience in international communications to reach our vast networks of stakeholders

To ensure proper distribution of instructions, we will execute a communications plan that will reach employees, suppliers, and clients
Ensure that every part of the instructions will properly reach all subordinates, suppliers and clients, located in different parts of the world
Package the instructions using different mediums
Shape the message specific to the interests of each stakeholder group
Localize instructions (if required) and edit to reflect cultural differences
Distribute instructions and overview presentation geographically
Schedule conference calls to provide overview and address questions
