-DMC TOWER: Redesigning of an existing proposal for a high rise building in Dubai Maritime CIty,Providing solutions to the existing design, thus Increasing the towers Efficiency by 20 %.

- Al WARQA G+3: Developing a Conceptual Design of residential/commercial building inAlwarqa- Dubai, establishing a residential building design of three storeys and three differenttypes of apartments. With later Monitoring of Working Drawings.

- Silicon Oasis G+7: Developing a Conceptual Design of a residential building in Silicon Oasis-Dubai.

- Emirates Transport: Played a Key role in the requalification and solution making for Emirates transport RTA Projects in Al QUOZ, Musaffah, Khorfakkan, Enhancing the designs provided and supervising working drawings production.

-MAM VIllas: producing a Conceptual Design for a Villa Complex of 4 villas and the common landscape level with water features, following state of the art classic architec-ture Orders.

-CH TOWER: Producing Conceptual Design for a competition held by the maronite church of Beirut, proposing an office tower close to the church 1100 AD, My Design aimed at ensuring the connection between the offices tower and the old church, thus creating an open ground floor level with an annex to the church in the proposed tower.

-ZAM VIlla: Producing Interior Design of a Large Scale Villa With Modern Interiors infused with arabesque and classical features. with later Monitoring on the production of the Working Drawings and execution.

- Producing Design Guidelines and Conceptual Design for the proposed Urban Simulation Laboratory to be established in the Sottomarino Green building in the Politecnico Di Milano Sustainable Campus.Using Innovative methods of investigation and simulation to be integrated to more traditional methods of analysis, design and evaluation. and finding solutions on the implementation methods of the laboratory on the existing structure. Played a Key Role in the connection of the building to the sustainable university campus, through design and green building Codes.
