Brady Reiter is a graduate of The Maile Acting School and was a member of our Performing Troop. She has been building her resume in Florida since she was five years old. She landed dozens of National commercials such as Huffy Bicycles, Arm & Hammer, Disney, and Dish Network to name a few. She also landed roles in feature films for Universal’s Beethoven’s Big Break and a starring role in the movie Tooth Fairy 2 as Nyx that also

starred Larry The Cable Guy (pictured below).

Brady is now 14 years old and recently booked and filmed the recurring role of Mindy Minus in Nickelodeon’s pilot 100 Things to do Before High School which was recently picked up for 26 episodes. Brady’s character Mindy is a popular 7th grader, usually seen with her posse. She knows she's destined to be with the coolest boy in the school. Nothing stands in her way especially in the hallway, including

CJ and her friends.

After going back and forth to Los Angeles for several years, Brady has finally relocated with her family. Three weeks after moving there, she booked and is now filming a pilot for Amazon TV, titled Just Add Magic. Brady

plays the role of Charlotte.

Mom Judy says, “Brady will always look back on her time at The Maile School as an

inspiring start to her career as an actress”.

We wish Brady the best of luck in Los

Acting grad Brazyl Blake(12) has been performing on stage since the age of 4. She has been professionally trained and has extensive experience in dancing, runway modeling, theatre, acting and pageants. Brazyl has performed in venues such as The Fox Theatre in Atlanta, The Georgia International Convention Center, The Historic Biltmore Hotel, The Atlanta Zoo, The Prime F. Osborn Center and The Mall at Millenia to name a few. She has worked with supermodel Cynthia Bailey and has appeared twice on Bravo TV's Real Housewives of Atlanta. Brazyl’s vocal training has awarded her to read music & sing in different languages (Latin, Spanish & Swahili). She was cast for 3 roles in the The Soulful Nutcracker. She also has booked a few Disney print ads and web videos, stage plays as well as

She enjoys ballet, gymnastics, singing, acting and modeling. She received awards for Orange County Environmental Protection Department, Children's Miracle Network Miracle Maker, andTeens Go Green Outstanding .

We are happy to announce Image, Modeling and Acting grad Paulette Melendez is your new Miss Florida National American Miss 2014-2015. Paulette says, “Growing up in a home full of constant giving, has helped me become the successful, yet humble young lady I am today. I have also learned so much from The Maile School. My dad enrolled me at the age of 5 in one of many classes I have attended over the years and I still remember the words of wisdom the school gave me. Today I am a well rounded confident young lady.” Paulette is a four time recipient of the President's service award, a certified Zumba instructor and college sophomore working toward her bachelor's degree as a Sign Language Interpreter. She has modeled for Mall at Millenia, Seminole Towne Center, Macy’s, and Ego Lab

participating in several pageants. Brazyl is an A/B Honor Roll student and enjoys cheerleading, math, computers and animals. She is a very well rounded, strong and determined little girl and has always been that way”. Wow way to go Brazyl.

Did you see acting and advanced acting graduate Patrick Fenimore in his commercial for Credit Karma “Shark”? Its awesome and how ironic that it aired during shark week. Patrick is a full time firefighter paramedic but pursues acting as well. Some of his industry jobs include work for WKMG Local 6, Christener’s Steak House, Harbor House

and Brookstone to name a few. Nice!

Grad Kylan Johnson is 8 years old, home schooled attending 3rd grade. Some of his hobbies include flag football, tennis, hanging with his dad, and playing lots of golf with a passion to become professional. This past July Kylan was named the 2014 US Kids Golf, Boys 8, Player of the Year for the Orlando Tour and invited to play in the World Championships in NC. Kylan booked a lead role in a commercial for Speed Learning Inc. with Professional golfer Ryo Ishikawa and was cast in the Perfect Day commercial from the PGA that was broadcast nationally promoting the PGA's Get Golf Ready Campaign. Dad Kirk says, “Attending The Maile School inspired Kylan to pursue dreams that others may not think are possible. He learned so much about etiquette, communication and presentation. Most

importantly Debby's emphasis on self confidence has directly changed his life in every area that he pursues. The big wins and major accomplishments were all because of his

humble self confidence."

We are excited to share the news that graduate Julia Jordan has a supporting role in the upcoming feature film, Dolphin Tale 2. Julia will be portraying the role of Mandy, the little girl that discovers and helps a stranded dolphin. She will also be playing the role of "Young Cosette" in Les Miserables this fall at the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre. Julia has taken many workshops and summer camps at The Maile School. Her favorites have been the Stefanie Scott workshop and the annual Back to School Fashion Show Modeling Camp. Julia booked her first SAG commercial at the tender age of 15 months old and has since worked for Publix, Disney, Eckrich Sausage, 5/3 Bank, Parenting magazine and more. She studies dance at In Motion Dance Project and loves to sing as well. Julia attended a week long summer

intensive program in NYC where she studied voice, acting and dance with the Broadway Artists Alliance. She attended master classes with Tony award winner, Sutton Foster and studied song interpretation with Laura Osnes, Broadway's original Cinderella. She was beyond thrilled when she was invited to audition for the title role in Matilda; the Musical. Mom Amy who also landed the role as Julia’s mom in Dolphin Tale 2 says, “We would like to thank The Maile School and John Peros for the excellent audition training.” Support Julia and go see Dolphin Tale 2 when it opens on September 12th! Very

exciting!
