PHOEBE-- our shining star

description

This book is inspired by my daughter Phoebe Washer. She was a shining star, a brilliant artist, an amazing human being. I am lucky to be her dad. This book is a work of love. In making this book it is hard to believe that she is no longer with us. I kept asking her is this page okay, is this sentence right. She would always be the person who’s advice and opinion I counted on the most. I am not alone in this. There is not a part of this book that she has not touched in some way. It has been my greatest joy to be able to make this book that can bring her art and keep her spirit alive for all of us. Her Legacy touches us all and we are the better for it.... David Washer

  • Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. --Chief Seattle
