and learner profiles of Canada School of Public Service’s (CSPS) three founding organizations currently operate independently and in a stand-alone fashion which is costly and inefficient.

What’s the Goal?The goal of this project is to enhance the CSPS’s efficiency and effectiveness through the design and implementation of an integrated learning registration, monitoring, evaluation and reporting system which is driven by a single set of integrated school-wide business processes, and an integrated, information/data architecture. This project also includes the migration of the current processes, data and systems into a single new system. It also includes effective change management process vis-à-vis CSPS staff who will be working with the new system.

In a nutshello The I-LMS will establish

streamlined and integrated business processes for the School to manage:o classroom and online deliveries;o participant’s learning strategies;o invoicing processes;o reporting functions;o evaluation procedures and;o resource management.
