• Repairing, troubleshooting, removing, installing and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems in aircraft
• Landing Gears, Brakes, Flight Controls, weapons, Cargo Doors controlled with these systems
• Often referred to as the “Backbone” of the aircraft maintenance team

• As experience goes up so does pay• Starting salary for a basic airmen in the Air Force with
two or less years of experience $18000• As rank also increases so does pay• With 20 years of experience and Highest rank $66000
