With a drought out in Colorado, we had to start our cow herd over when we moved to Nebraska. Two purchases that we made were very exceptional ones! When you sell what you know is going to be a great front pasture donor, it hurts a lot! Dad says college is around the corner and Doran wanted the top cattle for this sale, so I decided to bring one. This bred heifer has already proven herself in the show ring and for fertility. Not only was she the champion Chianina heifer and the Reserve Supreme Heifer overall at AKSARBEN, but she conceived to SAV Brilliance on the 1st attempt and will calve on Febuary 18th.Her Dam, JSUL JALYNN ROSE 8249U, is the top donor for Kreisler Show Cattle in Pennsylvania and is making and selling high dollar embryos on this same mating as Rosie. Her flush mate brother sold in Brent Sieck’s sale two falls ago as high seller going for $24,500 to Bonham and a another flush mate sister sold in Sullivan’s sale at $18,000. All were campaigned with great success. Most cowmen say that consistencies in flushes speak to the cow power and the bull is along for the ride! Rosie has the cow power and the phenotype to match. Rosie has the ability to be the staple of any cow herd in the country with her feminine front end, big rib and level, square hip. Come and see this great donor in the making in the yards.

If you’re looking for a freak, then look no further! You can’t make one much better looking than Nikki and not to mention she is also big backed, big haired, and robust in her rib shape. As I project her on down the road here’s one that has the potential to be great and even out perform her mother who was a division champion at both the 2009 Junior National Chi Show and National Chi Show in Louisville, Kentucky. Here is a female that I feel not only will excel in the showring, but will be a great addition to a donor program. Her dam is a great Cerveza cow that came from the Griswold program. She is the kind that will win, both in the ring and in the pasture. This is a very powerfully constructed female, and good sized for her age.
