In 2016, 97-98% of all declarations was issued for Ukrainian nationals (overseas workers employed in Poland). In 2016, in Lublin and Lublin District, the number of declarations issued to citizens of Ukraine ammounted to 17,029 and it was 31% higher than in the previous year.
