TORQUE EQUIPMENT

JACKING

17

TWS-N Hydraulic TorqueWrench Range Overview

These lightweightaluminium hydraulic torquewrenches are designed tohandle the toughestbolting jobs accurately andquickly. All models providea torque accuracy of +/-3%. The internal reactionarm spline allows the

operator to easily position the tool and, if necessary, react directly off the tool body in very confined accessapplications. All models incorporate an easily reversiblehigh grade alloy steel square drive enabling theoperator to quickly switch from tightening to looseningapplications. Uni-Swivel quick release couplers are fittedas standard to all models enabling easy positioning ofthe hydraulic hoses away from any possible “pinchpoints”.

The tools range from a torque capacity of 1,727 Nm at700 Bar (1,254 lbf.ft) right through to 36,992 Nm at 700Bar (26,860 lbf.ft) with the square drive sizes movingthrough from ¾ to 2-½.

For further information on job specific requirementsplease call 01375 807 643 to discuss.
