    1 GENERAL DETAILS

    JOB TITLE: Regional Head Sales / Business Development - NORTH INDIA

    REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

    2 JOB PURPOSE To handle the Business of HROC for North India Market

    Grow Business in North India Market and aggressively driving the Business as per the Goals of the Company. Leading a sales team for No rth region Setting-up and executing a sales & marketing activity plan. Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to achieve the commercial

    objectives and optimize the relationship with HROC.

    Following up the sales proposals and activities of his team and deliver monthly & Quarterly a precise and up to datesales forecast.

    3 About HROC. H.R.ORGANO CHEM PVT LTD is a professionally managed private limited Company engaged into marketing and

    distribution of Industrial raw material like Specialty Chemicals ,Polymer & Specialty Additives pertaining to Plas tics

    ,Coating,Adhesive,Rubber/Tire & Allied Industries.

    HROC has segmented its business in two division 1.Plastic & Rubber 2. Coating & Adhesives.

    Each division has the revenue responsibil ity.

    Currently we are on Expanding our Operation across India and hiring people with requisite competency to drive our

    Business in North Region.

    It requires frequent travelling, interactions with clients and develop new business.

    The product offer being techno commercial, the job demands a combination of technical and entrepreneurial skills, with

    due respect of the company values rela tionship driven, commitment, creativi ty and reliabili ty.

    4 ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB expected output, field of activity

    Sales team management

    Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan. As head of a sales team be responsible for carrying out the plan, in order to achieve the agreed objectives in the shortterm and to ensure that the business strategy is achieved in the medium term & Long Term.

    Managing, controlling, coaching and evaluating the staff, in order to give the necessary support and to guide theemployee towards optimum performance.

    Recruitment of Sales /BD team to drive the business. Together with the sales teams defining the HROC strategy and translating i t into a definite sales s trategy and objectives,in order to set the direction that the sales business will take.

    Account Management - Prospection

    Contacting and informing e xisting customers and new prospects, in order to keep the ma rket up to date about the HROCproduct portfolio.

    Expanding the HROC customer base in the region, to contribute to the revenue target. Identifying and a ctive searching for new p rospects , analyzing sales potential and wo rk o ut sales a ctivi ties. As regional head of sales, accounts are visited together with sales engineers / sales partners, or for specifi c accounts

    (segments, major accounts) by the head of sales himself.

    5 QUANTITATIVE ASPECTS

    The regional head of sales will be responsible in his region for the sales revenue, for the sales & marketing costs . These figures are worked out together with the executive team as part of the annual business plan. Quarterly the

    achievements and progress of plan realisation will be discussed with the executive team.

    6 LINE MANAGEMENT

    The regional head of sales will be the direct manager of the regional sales staff . He will organize and chai r meetings, hold goal

    settings and performance appraisals.

    Techno Commercial Experience in Marketing / Business Development Specialty Chemicals. Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business at the highest levels A proven track record in deli vering against personal and team sales revenue objectives A proven ability in recruiting, training, managing, motivating and leading a sales team Experience of monitoring and managing teams and individuals against KPIs An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies. Experience of product development and contributing to pricing policy discussions Ability to manage prospective client expectations and keep promises Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks Strong communication skil ls in all forms including written, oral , email, telephone, and presentation Excellent organisational and time management skills A positive attitude to dealing with people

    8 . Educational level :

    BE/BTECH/MTECH - CHEMICAL /POLYMER/PLASTIC

    BSC /MSC ORGANIC CHEMISTRY/POLYMER SCIENCE

    9. Experience:

    10 yrs + Techno Commercial experience
