HOW TO USE ATUBE CATCHER

• aTube Catcher is a very useful program to download videos from YouTube, but there are many other features that you might like.

• If you want to know how to use aTube Catcher, the best place to start is its quick access menu, a screen which appears every time you run this free software.

• With it, you will access with just one click to many of its features.

Download VideosWith Download Videos you can save streaming videos directly on your PC, as aTube Catcher supports more than 150 video sites (including YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion and many others).

Just paste the URL of the video you want to download, choose the format you prefer to save the file (AVI, MKV ...) and that’s all.

Video ConverterIf you want to convert a video format to another (i.e., Flash FLV to AVI), just select Video Converter and drag there the files you want to transform.

aTube Catcher will handle the whole process, and the end you will obtain the video in the indicated format.

Screen CaptureScreen Capture is a powerful tool to record everything that shows on your screen, no matter if it’s a whole window or just a selected area.

Thus, it’s easier than ever to record anything we are seeing any given time (like a webcam conference and such), regardless whether there is any kind of protection or the origin of what is being shown on the screen.

Convert video to MP3

Selecting this shortcut, aTube Catcher will take you to the same section as Download Videos. From here, if you want to extract just the audio from an online video, you will be able to get only and mp3 file or any other audio format you prefer.

aTube Catcher facilitates the task of converting a video to audio, and best of all, this is almost an automatic process, without any complex configuration.

Find videos

This option is useful to search videos directly in aTube Catcher from several sources (like YouTube, as well as to locate any media previously downloaded or converted with this tool. Simply enter the name of the video you wish to search and aTubeCatcher will begin to show all the matches found.

DVD/Blu-Ray VCD Creator

aTube Catcher also allows to record CDs, DVD or Blu-Rays by dragging any song or movie into its interface.

An easy, quick and efficient process that avoids having to use third-party solutions to create optical discs with videos or any other multimedia material.

Resize Video

In case you want to adjust the length of a video, just click Resize Video and a tool will allow you to do this effortless, selecting the beginning and the end of the playback.

This way, if you have a device whose storage capacity is limited, or if you just want to watch a concrete part of a video and not the whole footage, it is really easy and useful to adapt it to your needs with a few clicks.

Audio Record

If you want to capture the audio sounding on your computer (something perfect to save streaming songs), aTube Catcher will capture the audio from a specific source (sound card, microphone…) without having to configure anything else.

Of course, you will be able to choose the quality and the format which will contain that audio.

Music

Finally, aTube Catcher is also able to function as a MP3 search engine and download them without having to use third-party tools, all by its own connection to P2P networks.

With this program you can not only download videos from YouTube, but you'll have at your disposal an incredible "swiss army knife" for multimedia files.

Combining videos is great if you have one video that is broken up into different parts. This way, you can create one continuous, uninterrupted video file.

Next, click on Tools > Download and Join videos. This will bring up a window where you can paste in the URLs of the videos you want to download and combine. Make sure to paste them in the order you want them to be combined, with the first video at the top and the last video at the bottom.

How to download and combine multiple videos

Click ‘Download‘ and everything should start automatically. If you haven’t chosen specific settings for quality, aTube Catcher will ask you what format and resolution you want to download.

If you’re downloading HD video, the process can take a long time as aTube Catcher has to download, convert, and combine the video.

Be patient and soon enough you’ll have a combined video! aTubeCatcher defaults to saving videos in your Videos/My Videos folder so check there for a finished product.
