• Build commitmment ,understanding and helpful atmosphere between assesors and EB.
• Ensure enough number of assessors ac early as you can.
• Make your life easier- add timelines about planned AC/RB.
• Assess applications on a regular basis , allocate to the AC groups.
• Make AC & RB during recruitment – assess few groups during promotion.
