Go to the following addresshttp://www.mendeley.com/download-mendeley-desktop/

Click on green box to download Mendeley

Desktop.

�Step 3

After the download is complete, click ‘Run’ to

begin installation.

Clicking ‘Run’ will start the Mendeley Desktop

Setup Wizard. Click ‘Next’.

�Step 5

Click ‘I Agree’.

�Step 6

Click ‘Next’.

�Step 7

Click ‘Install’ to start Mendeley Desktop

installation.

�Step 7

By clicking ‘Install’, the installer will start

Mendeley Desktop installation process. Please

wait until it finishes.

�Step 8

Click ‘Finish’.

�Step 8

Make sure the checkbox for ‘Run Mendeley

Desktop’ is checked.

�Step 8

Congratulations! Now you successfully installed

Mendeley Desktop on your computer.

If you are already a registered user, enter the

email address you registered with and your

password.

If you registering to become a Mendeley user,

click ‘Register’.

�Step 10

This will bring you back to the Mendeley

website. Fill in the form and click ‘Get Started’.

Complete the next form and click ‘Finish’.

�Step 12

Enter the email address you used to register just

now and your password.

�Step 13

Caution: it is important to remember the

registration email address and the password you

entered.

The email address is your Mendeley username.

Please note them down somewhere safe if you

feel you might forget them.

�Step 13

After entering the email and password, click

‘Sign In’ to proceed.

�Step 14

Great! Mendeley Desktop is now ready for you

to use. Click ‘Skip’ to begin.

�Step 14

The following steps such as this one, ‘Import

your existing library’, are totally optional. You

may try them if you wish. Or continue to click

‘Skip’.
