Rendering Trees

Draw the outline of your tree using thick black pen

Plan which side is to be shaded

Fill with a light base colour

Go over the shadow side with a light green

Go over the top again in a darker

Green putting more emphasis on the shadow side

Go over the shadow side again with a very dark green

Colour your shadow dark blue Go over the top of

your tree outline again in black marker to make it crisp
