Grade level: n/a Description: Create adorable cartoons for Pesach with this easy, step-by-step book. Pesach characters, such as Paroh and the Jews, and Pesach items, such as matzah and kos Eliyahu, are depicted in an engaging style. The cartoons are drawn in separate frames to make it possible for even the most artistically challenged to become a cartoonist. Goals/objectives: Students (and teachers) will have the tools to learn how to draw cartoons for Pesach which can then be used as illustrations in many varied Pesach-related projects. Instructions:

1. Choose a simple cartoon to work with first. Draw the picture based on the step-by-step instructions.

2. Once you have the hang of it, progress to the other cartoons that have more details.

Variations:

• Color in the cartoons and make a Pesach book. • Try to come up with other relevant Pesach ideas and format the

cartoon in the step-by-step method so that other people can draw it.
