Build your list.

This is your main asset. You need leads! You need to build a list of emails and not just emails – but build relationship with your list. Make them have an affinity to you. Care about them. Nurture them. Entertainthem. Educate them – and really get to know them…what are their pain points, dreams. Ask, listen. This is the beginning of relationship marketing 101.

Build a hub online.

Have a website/blogsite with great content. This will help you ATTRACT leads. Have sticky content. Write about what interests you. More importantly, write about the benefits you produce that will interest your potential client. Make them love you by being their online resource. Make it easy for them to connect with you and share your content. You want to get your visitors excited and create raving fans. Build a community.

Have a great offer.

“Make them an offer they can’t refuse.” Know who you are speaking to. If you target a specific industry, speak their language so people feel comfortable with you and will buy. Be clear and concise. Even if the benefits or solutions you are offering are complex, you must find a way to be succinct and crisp.

Develop an online message.

Put together a sales letter/message ONLINE (so you must know their hopes, dreams, fear, frustrations – and what they would be willing to pay your to solve/help or deliver) Learn their “love” language. Be passionate. Allow your emotions and excitement shine through all of your marketing strategies. Talk in their language. Speak to them like you really understand them and care!
