YOU FIND A BABYSITTER THAT YOU

TRUST TO CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN

(FROM BIRTH TO AGE 13) EVEN IF IT’S A MEMBER OF

THE FAMILY THAT YOU NORMALLY DO NOT PAY.

•Each time we go out house shopping we will log the amount of time that your child is being cared for by your baby sitter.

•We find the house of your dreams and you enter into a contract to purchase with-in 60 days of our signed Agency agreement date.

•The day you close on your new house I will write a check to your babysitter for $10.00 per hour for every hour they cared for your children.
