Judy Renshaw Judy battled bravely with her illness and despite her condition continued to take a

keen interest in work matters right till the end of her life. She will be deeply

Ady Gelber, Chairman of the Board, along with Shaanan Kraus, Managing Director today announced the appointment of Simon Wynick as Co-Managing

Director of Isram Israel. Simon Wynick brings three decades of experience in incoming tourism to his new post, a position created as a result of Isram Israel’s expansion as tourism to Israel

that his professionalism and reputation will serve our clients perfectly. Isram Online Reservation system - updates

As more and more agents and agencies use Isram’s online reservation system (www.isramonline.com) on a daily basis, Isram's technical department continues to add new

features.

Agents can now: • Send a 'Booking Summary' email with all booking details, from the system, directly to

the customer's email.

• Print flight tickets online!!. To operate from the system – after saving the reservation

select the 'Documents' tab, then select the 'tickets' button, the E-tickets will be sent to your email (provided you are within your credit limit).

Launch of Isram Israel’s new website

Isram Israel has launched its new corporate website www.isramisrael.com. The website

provides background and information about the company, detailing Isram’s business goals and principles. It reviews the range of products and services supplied by Isram's various

departments. The website is available also in French, Russian & Spanish.

Direct flights from the UK to Eilat Our Charter department offers a variety of flights from France and the UK to Tel Aviv and

Eilat: UK – New flights.

We will operate a weekly flight from Luton to Ovda starting 14 February until 28 March plus 7 April (inbound) – also a Pesach departure from both Manchester and Luton 17-27 April.

We will also operate flights from Luton to Tel Aviv departing 13 and 17 April returning 27

Hotel Updates Coming Soon - After renovations the new hotel "Center-Chic" – Tel

Aviv!

The recently renovated (2011) Center Hotel was designed to celebrate the culture, architecture, art, and spirit of the century old

city, Tel Aviv. The 54-room hotel (most with balconies) is located on Dizengoff

Square, a short walk from the beach, in the city׳s cultural and entertainment area.

Ramada Jerusalem Hotel is happy to inform you that they are totally renovating their Health Club, Gym, Locker Rooms and

Indoor Swimming Pool. Therefore, between the dates

of February 1st through March 20th, 2011, there will be no entrance to these areas.
