A full facial treatment starting with back and shoulders massage to

improve circulation, followed by the gel treatment and a rich

hydrating cream mask and Japanese SAKE nourished serum.

The signature body treatment of Hoshinoya Spa for gentle healing

and relaxation. Choose your favorite oil.

rock from Mt.Asama. Let warmth from the stones envelop you as

A seasonal oil treatment using steamed herbal ball of Japanese

traditional seasonal herbs such as DOKUDAMI, BIWA or SAKE paste.

Spa Policy and Treatment Contraindications for Guests

The spa facilities at Hoshino Resorts are for relaxation purposes.

For guests with medical conditions or those currently receiving medical

treatment, we reserve the right to refuse service, despite permissions

from his/her physician.

●Guests with the following conditions will not be able to receive treatment:

・any injuries with pain or swelling (sprains, fractures, back pain, dislocated joints, burns, cuts etc.)

・any internal disease or any medical conditions or injuries currently under treatment

・any medical conditions or injuries currently under observation (includes auto accidents)

・surgery and recovery within one year (includes endoscopic surgery)

・fever, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea

・swelling due to medical conditions, lymphedema

・any dental pain or swelling currently under treatment

・pregnant women

(“Ａnma” are available for pregnant women whose pregnancy is from 16 to 26 weeks

and with no health problem.)

Please notify our staff of any pre-existing medical conditions when making your

spa appointment.

●Guests with the following conditions may not be able to receive treatment or asked to change the

spa menu of choice depending on his/her condition. Please inquire our staff when making your spa

appointment.

・severe varicose veins

・allergic conditions

・for oil treatments: sun burnt skin

・for oil treatments: those that cannot lie down facing up/down for a prolonged period of time

・for oil treatments: skin ailments, rashes, swelling or irritation of skin

・for facial treatments: less than a year from dental implant surgery

・for facial treatments: less than 6 months from tooth removal

●Others

・We require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment.

100% cancellation charge will be applied if you cancel the booking on the scheduled day.

・Late arrival will limit the time of your treatment to prevent the inconvenience of the next guest.
