THE ESSENTIAL PRESS KIT ITEMSPress kits • As exhibitors, you are encouraged to prepare press kits containing general details about your company, products, services and business data for distribution to media representatives when they visit your stand.

DISSEMINATING YOUR PRESS RELEASES DURING ITB ASIAPress boxes • You may request for a press box to provide the media with your company’s latest press releases and company information.

• These press boxes will be located at our media centre on Level 3 of the Sands and Expo Convention Centre.

• You will be required to print and deliver your own material for the press boxes.

• The deadline for the online reservations of press boxes is 17 October 2017.

• The following items are included in your package: - Spokesperson table and stage - ITB Asia backdrop - 1 Podium - 1 Notice board - 2 Table microphones - 2 TVs (40” screens where your presentations can be displayed) - 60 Chairs

• The room will be released to you for set-up at the start of your allotted timeslot and will need to be returned to its original condition (i.e. chairs, tables and layout) by the end of your scheduled time. Any requests to change the layout or to include catering will need to be arranged directly with Marina Bay Sands. We will be happy to provide the appropriate contact upon request.

ENGAGE THE PRESS Press conference slots

• A limited number of press conference slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis for exhibitors planning to make media announcements at ITB Asia.

• Press conference slots are available for booking on the first and second day of the show, 25 and 26 October 2017.

• Do ensure that your corporate announcements are newsworthy. You can employ editorial hooks to attract the media’s attention and increase their attendance.

Press conference details

• Lunch slots (90 mins) cost USD 2,000 while standard slots (45mins) cost USD 800. (All prices are before 7% goods and service tax (GST)).

• Kindly note that a room will only be confirmed once an authorised booking form has been submitted.

• Upon confirmation of your press conference slot, Bell Pottinger will support your session by:

- Including a short write-up in the media programme booklet which will be disseminated to all pre-accredited media a few days before the event.

- Pinning a notice outlining the event’s details in the media centre.

- A shout-out at the media centre five minutes before your event to encourage attendance.

- Bell Pottinger will also assist in disseminating media invitations to all accredited media the week of the event. However, each exhibitor’s communications team should directly manage RSVPs from the invites as Bell Pottinger will not be conducting follow-ups.
