First Stage of Production

At the foundation of producing Homa Therapy Biosol lies the daily ongoing performance of Agnihotra Sunrise and Sunset fires. Purifying and seeding the atmosphere with micro nutrients and life force.

Biosol Container

Biosol Outlet Valve min. 75 mm

Airtight lid with a rubber seal of minimum 25 cm diameter

12 mm Ventilation Ball Valve

Clean water container that has not previously been used for chemical applications. (e.g. 200lt,500lt,1000 lt)

Assembly of 3” Biosol outlet

Page 6: Homa Therapy Biosol - agnihotra.com.au

For the bottom outlet, make a hole in the wall of tank approx 20 cm from bottom of the tank. The hole should be a tight fit for the PVC fitting and can be made either by heating a 3”steel pipe and pushing this through the wall or by drilling as shown in the photos.

Fitting together the bottom valve

Glue the non threaded PVC fittings together with PVC plumbing glue. Better not to use silicone or Araldite or similar 2 component glues.

Glue both

joints

with PVC

glue

Page 8: Homa Therapy Biosol - agnihotra.com.au

Fitting the PVC fittings to the tank

Clean tank surface of the tank with methylated spirits. (rubbing alcohol). Apply silicone sealant to both PVC fitting surfaces and screw together, thread facing into tank. Alternatively make 2 rubber rings that fit tightly over the thread. Assemble one ring over the thread and assemble into tank, thread facing inwards. Than apply the second ring over the thread and screw the 2 fittings together. Silicone can now also be applied over the resulting joint. Make sure that you end up with a water and gas tight fitting.

Assembled bottom valve in tank

Apply Silicone sealant around the joint inside the tank.

For the top valve fit the threaded fittings together with Teflon plumbers tape. Cut 2 rubber rings the size of the 2 metal washers. Then assemble as mentioned for bottom valve.

Ventilation of Gasses Open gas valve every 7 days to prevent bursting of the

container

Alternatively attach a plastic hose to the ventilation valve and submerge the other end of the hose permanently in a bucket of water. Than open the valve. Any gas formed will naturally expel from the tank this way.

Page 16: Homa Therapy Biosol - agnihotra.com.au

After 21-30 days you can remove the Biosol liquid from the tank. Slowly drain it from the tank, leaving the sludge behind.

Innoculant

Three buckets of solid Biosol Base (Solids from previous batch) should be left as inoculant for the next Biosol production. If you start the production in a new tank, add 3 buckets of Biosol Base to the new tank.

Solid Biosol can be used in water solution as fertilizer (3lt biosol to 13lt Agnihotra ash water) Liquid Biosol can be used in water solution as foliar spray. Ratio 1lt Biosol to 15lt Agnihotra ash water.

Dilution is 1:15 (HT Biosol : Agnihotra Ash Water) Requirement: 1 acre requires about 15 to 20 litres of HT Biosol per month Foliar spraying frequency: The preparation may be sprayed once every seven days. For serious problems the preparation should be sprayed on every second day (alternated with Agnihotra ash water solution). Always apply just before Sunrise and after Sunset.
