Founded in 2013, Hip Cellar is a HKQAA-assured, 24-hour temperature and humidity controlled urban cellar storage space with panoramic harbourview dining rooms, a chillout lounge and a Wine Library for tastings and gatherings among friends. Since December 2015, the dining rooms have been relaunched as we collaborate with Boston-born celebrity Chef David Myers to open AnOther Place by David Myers. Chef Myers was the mastermind behind Comme Ca and Hinoki & the Bird (Los Angeles), Salt Water and David Myers Café (Tokyo) and lately Adrift at Marina Bay Sands (Singapore). An eternally changing French Asian 4-, 6- and 8-course degustation menu will be offered, with the option of menu on request for cellar members. Wining and Dining Hong Kong s only urban cellar with a full culinary team at your service 6 days a week AnOther Place by David Myers is the Gypsy Chef™’s answer to the urbanites’ want for a home away from home. Camouflaged in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a Japanese-inspired seasonal degustation menu. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways. Not a café, not a bistro, not a restaurant, this is AnOther Place, curated for social diners who are looking for high-quality, intimate gastronomic experience.

Harbourview event space : Use of lounge and dining room space supported by a

fully-functioned industrial kitchen and a f ront -of -house and back-of -house team that are at your service 6 days a week.

When quality meet value : Zero corkage, complete privacy, celebrity chef -designed degustat ion menu or menu on request for the savvy diners – everything at the heart of Hong Kong Island with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour.

Effective communication and message delivery : Individual dining rooms are

enabled with independent sound and AV systems. Both the Lounge and one of our dining rooms are equipped with projector and screen for presentat ions.

Flexible use of space : Lounge area can be part it ioned by 100% soundproof glass

into two sections to allow for simultaneous business networking and conf idential business negotiat ions. The dining area can also be part it ioned into 3 separate sections or used as one spacious main act ivity sp ace according to event requirements.

Photographer, Flor ist, Live Band and entertainment arrangements : A one-stop solut ion to party hosts who wish to bring a one-of -a-kind experience to their guests. Explore our vast networks of photographers, f loral designers, l ive band, photo-booth team and close-up magician connections and enjoy a worry-f ree party planning experience of which our Events Executive coordinates every moving part of the entire function for you.

1. Basic charge includes complimentary use of high speed Wif i, projector and screen (if

available within the chosen space) a nd sound and audiovisual system in selected space for 4 continuous hours.

2. The menu of canapés is only available on request as it f requently changes depending on the f reshest ingredients on the market.

3. The menu of 4-course degustat ion menu can be upgraded to a 6 -course or 8-course menu by adding $200 or $400 per head respectively. Menu on request can be accommodated given advance notice.

4. Every diner can enjoy complimentary usage of 3 wine glasses. A wine glass usage fee wil l be charged at $20 per glass for any addit ional glasses requested.
