2014 ASO/CBO Needs Assessment

129 unique responses 32 States + DC represented

• 37% based in states that have not yet expanded Medicaid 43% ASOs, 21% CBOs, 21% FQHCs Wide range of budgets

• 1/3 < 1 million, 1/3 between 1-5 million, 1/3 > 5 million Wide range of services provided

• Case management, testing and prevention, and treatment adherence counseling were among the top reported services provided

• 58% reported having worked toward providing their own health care services
