1. The Sixteenth round of negotiations on the Japan-EU Economic

Partnership Agreement (EPA) was held in Tokyo, from April 11 to April 15.

2. At the meeting, fruitful discussions were conducted on areas such as trade in goods, trade in services, intellectual property rights, non-tariff measures, government procurement, and investment.

3. The schedule of the next meeting will be arranged accordingly.
