Training schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morn- ing starting at 6am and every evening. Sunday is her only day off. Before a competition: She wears her Great British knickers and listens to Britney Spears’ ‘Piece of Me’. Swimming history: Ellie started swimming when she was just 5 years old.
