1. Our new email address: ProdWestSupv.Jabung@petrochina.co.id2. Correspondent with Maint Gemah Supv/Sony (05/04/10) asked them to check the

overall condition of corroded inlet SDV of Separator V-1120 at Ripah-3 stn. Need their suggestion whether this valve is still fit to use or should be replace with the new one. (Issued WO for this). Decided to repair this corroded SDV. Set up V-114 as temporary replacement of V-1120 during pull out the SDV work, the temporary SDV replacement taken from Ripah PPF. Done on 13/04/10.

3. Put on line WBD-4 to system with choke 20/64 after 15 minutes unloaded to pit on 06/04/10. SITHP= 730 psi. Combine production with WBD-1.

4. Shelter installation at SWB-2 loading facilities, completed. Then create WO to install additional lighting at this shelter, in progress MOC, due to operational needed then asked Sony to install temporary lamp, pls follow up with him. (to long just waiting for MOC ???).

5. Recovered oil from flare pit at Ripah-23, these oil accumulated during release press from annulus to flare pit prior perform shoot F/L. To avoid the same problem re occur then asked our personnel also Tomda guy (Saprudin) to release press from annulus direct to system when they want to shoot F/L.

6. Correspondent with Fadil (06/04/10) ask to JKT Eng group to confirm their program to relocate Separator 100-V-2000 from Marmo-1 to WBD-8. If confirm, then we have to start the preparation of dismantle work. Confirmed to move Marmo’s facilities to WBD-8 pad. (see email from Pak Meri/FAM 19/04/10), so need coordinate with well hook up team & related dept regarding this work (see email from Pak LM). And any work for this new pad pls charge to: AFE 08-1307

7. Technician + Supratman from PT. Champion chemical performed chemicals PPD & Defoamer injection rates optimization at SWB area.

8. Gas injection comp at SWB-2 S/D on 06/04/10 at 03.00 – 21.45, founded the stem of 2” BDV broken. Due to no stock for this valve then fabricated new stem at BGP machine shop.

9. Put on production RP-23 from annulus to system about 3 hrs, got oil 35 bbls. SI CSG press 730 psi. Prior to shoot F/L.

10.Put on production SWB-12 to system about 2 hrs, got oil 10 bbls. SITHP 350 psi.11.RP-7 S/D on 08/04/10 due to engine over speed/RPM increase by self, then changed

the engine from another unit by mechanic.12.SWB-1 Separator setting press reduced from 140 psi to 120 psi to reduce fluid flow

back press.13.SWB-15 Separator setting press reduced from 120 psi to 100 psi to reduce fluid flow

back press.14.WBD-1 S/I 3 hrs on 09/04/10 in order to short test WBD-4.15.Put on line WBD-3 to system with choke 16/64”, SITHP 895 psi.16.S/I WBD-4 due to no flow (10/04/10), THP 70 psi equal to separator’s press.17.SWB-15 SITHP= 360 psi unloaded to flare pit (11/4/10) press drop and stayed at 100

psi but no flow to pit, indicated underground flow line plugged with wax. Run ½” tubing

line from SWB-19 (WHP 600 psi) to flow line of SWB-15 for flushing purpose. On 13/04/2010 flushed about 1 hrs.

18.Put on line WBD-10 SITHP 610 psi (11/04/10).19.Put on line WB-4 SITHP 570 psi (14/04/10)20.WB-3 & WBD-10 S/I due to no flow (16/04/10).21. Put back on line WBD-1 SITHP 420 psi (18/04/10).22.Reduced Separator setting press from 100 psi to 90 psi at SB-1 stn, in order to reduce

flow line back press (18/04/10).23.RP-16 & RP- 23 release press annulus to system prior shoots fluid level (18/04/10),

got additional some barrels of oil during these practice, better than release to flare pit.

PLAN / OUTSTANDING JOB.

1. SWB-15 pad fence installation issue, waiting on ordered additional wire mesh.2. BOL WB-3, WBD-103. Relocate flange tap FE from 3rd stage suct bottle line to final discharge line SWB-2 gas

injection comp (WO: 155045).4. Fabricate/install 3” bypass line from test header manifold to inlet gas boot (outlet

separator’s line) at SWB-1, SWB-15, WB-1, WB-3 station (WO: 155012). To be used for low THP well put on stream.

5. WB-1 separator MPM-V-001, sliding door of ‘Daniel’ sr orifice fitting stuck open (the gas data is inaccurate). Asked PT. MPM to send their technician to repair it. To repair this need sep S/D, consider to set up V-114 as temporary replacement (already coordinated with well testing section). Also the contractor will perform re-certification of their vessels during repairing work. On 19/04/10 they start recalibration PSV on Marmo’s separator.

6. Follow up with North area supv, when they can release Erlyas Erza and Unit P-202 fully assign to us? in order to maximize our day to day operational.

7. Refurbish work of SWB-1, WB-1, 3, and SB-1 operator containers, in progress start at SB-1

8. Need to follow up some additional issued WOs (file in desktop) with dept concerned.9. Refurbish work of West Supv office still hold for a moment, caused of civil crew focus on

some 1st priority works connection to VVIP arrival (informed by Pak Sabar).

OTHERS:

1. Ordered 1 unit small printer by petty cash, to be used for West Supv office.2. Ordered 1 unit small refrigerator TOSHIBA GRT-9T GLACIO by petty cash, to be used for

West Supv office.3. 10 units new container at RP PPF: 5 units set at NB station, currently still there

2 units set at SWB-2 station, as temporary godown. 1 unit will borrow by Rod S/Harry M for WB PPF.

Give 1st warning letter (for 6 month period) to: Junior Pane, Yohanes Marwan (to many absents without clear information/reason). Maris (April 13-14, 2010 absent, no

direct permission /written permission from supv), Slamet Budi (April 16, 2010 absent, no direct permission from supv).

Minutes of meeting of Production coordination Meeting 16/04/10 at CPS and organization chart, will distribute by Pak Salmon, pls follow up with him.

Additional info, regarding up coming 6 new well pads:Below summary work over Rig program need new additional facilities: (copied email from Pak FAM) :

NORTH – WEST JABUNG (SWB/WB/SB/Ripah) – Pak Chandra / Pak Saiful

1. Production Separators, Square Tanks and Gas Boots : - The new well pad locations that will be required new separators completed with Tanks and Gas Boots are

WB#2, SB#3, WBD#8, WBD#11, SBD#3 and SBD#5.- PCJ-1220-CA for 2 separators at SWB#2 and SWB#1 belongs to PT. PTI will be expired in next June 2010.

SWB PPF is planned for commissioning in next Aug 2010. It is planned to move those separators to the one of new well pad location above.

- PCJ-963-CA for 1 separator at SWB#2 belongs to PT. PTI will be expired in next August 2010. Similar to the above, once SWB PPF is commissioned, it is also planned to move those separators to the one of new well pad locations above.

Please coordinate with Field / Project Construction and Facilities Engineering JKT regarding the above requirement. Final location will be informed later and any better suggestion and recommendation based on your field / area experience is welcome and will be appreciated.

2. For Sucker Rod Pump (SRP) installation: - WBD-2 & WBD-5 are located on WB#1 well pad. These wells will be tied-in and flow directly to the existing

square tank(s) at WB#1 well pad.- Ripah-14 will be tied-in and flow to the existing LP SRP wells system in Ripah field.

NOTE: AS INFORMED BY PAK MP & PAK YL (16/04/10).TANK & GAS BOOT AVAILABLE: 1 SQUARE TANK IN FRONT OF LAYDOWN YARD
