NAKANISHI has given considerable thought to 'behind thescenes' performance. The Espert 500 system complies with theworld's most rigorous EMC * standards. In electromagneticterms, it has been designed to be very safe so as to curb thegeneration of electromagnetic interference (noise), which maycause failure or malfunctions in other equipment. The Espert 500system will not be affected by external electromagneticinterference. The Espert 500 system also complies with the strictEuropean safety standard EN61010-1. Operator safety is alwaysNAKANISHI's highest priority.*EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)

The electronic circuits are designed using NAKANISHI's proprietarytechnology to meet eco-friendly expectations by minimizing powerconsumption. Since power demands are minimal, no significantheat is generated and no cooling fan is required.

The system automatically senses whichmicromotor is attached (ENK-500C or ENK-500T) and self adjusts toprovide optimum micro-grinder performance.

You no longer need to push a switch on the control unitto switch between hand and foot pedal control. If youwant to operate the motor handpiece by hand simplypush the NAKANISHI Smart Switch, if you want to usefoot pedal control simply depress the foot pedal.

Speed control by Foot Control

To achieve high torque, ROTUS air motor is assembled with micron precision between the vanesand the internal surface of cylinder using NAKANISHI's proprietary techniques. This highperformance air motor with minimal power loss from load fluctuation has excellent performancein its grinding stability. Moreover, the motor with minimal air consumption runs quietly and theenergy-saving mechanism makes it possible to operate with a 0.75KW (1 hp) air compressor.

The motor prevents heat generation and expansion of metal by air cooling system andprovides stable rotation speed.

The motor with attachment IR-310 is only 222g. Its light-weight and well balanced designprovides excellent grinding performance.

Forward/Reverse Rotating Direction Control Ring located at the end of the motor can controlthe motor speed as well.

Fine adjustment of variable speed can be controlled by Foot Control.

Excellent quietness with SilencerBy attaching the silencer to the end of the exhaust air tubing, the motor is operated extremely quiet.
