TAP Innovations is a premier system integrator and will provide integrations between Paycor and a second business system for employee data. Process automation will replace manual efforts and errors in updating, processing and preparing Panera Bread employee data for payroll. Business Challenge/Problem Hamra is a Panera Bread franchisee and manages employee data in a Panera Bread system, while also implementing Paycor for human resources management. Managing employee data changes manually is time-consuming with gaps in data continuity and lack of integration into the Paycor human resources system. TAP Innovations' Solution TAP Innovations will extract employee details and perform data validation techniques prior to downstream processing. Bad records with incomplete or incorrect data will be identified and the Hamra team will be notified to take ac¬¬tion.
