SYARAT-SYARAT PENGGUNAAN SIJIL PENGESAHAN HALAL DAN LOGOHALAL IFRC

1. Sijil Pengesahan Halal dan Logo initidak boleh diniaga, ditukar milik atau dipinda isikandungannya.

2. Penggunaan Sijil Pengesahan Halal ini masih tertakluk kepada semua undang-undangatau peraturan yang berkaitan yang diarnalkan di Negara ini.

3. Sebarang perubahan ke atas nama syarikat, kilang/premis dan alamatnya, jenama barang,bahan rarrLlan dan pembekal-pembekalnya serta apa jua yang berkaitan dengannya,hendaklah diberitahu kepada Pengarah, Islamic Food Research Centre ASIA secarabertulis untuk tindakan selanjutnya.

4. Pemegang sijil adalah bertanggungjawab ke atas apa-apa penyalahgunaan ataupenyelewengan sijil tersebut, tertakluk kepada undang-undang yang berkuatkuasa. Jikaberlaku kehilangan atau kerosakan ke atas sijil berkenaan hendaklah diberitahu secarabertulis dengan segera kepada Pengarah, Islamic Food Research Centre ASIA.

5. Sijil Pengesahan Halal berkenaan boleh ditarik balik atau ditamatkan tempoh sahnyapada bila-bila masa apabila didapati ianya menyalahi 'Garis Panduan' yang telahditetapkan atau terdapat perkara atau cara pengendalian yang meragukan dari segisyarak.

6. Semua pemilik Sijil Pengesahan Halal yang sah bagi sesuatu barangan atau premis ataupremis dibenarkan mengguna Logo Halal (seperti yangterdapat di sijil berkenaan) padabarangan atau premis berkenaan.

7. Sijil Pengesahan Halal yang asal perlulah dipamerkarr.8. Penggunaan logo perlulah disertai dengan Nombor Rujukan.

TERM AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF IF'RC HALAL CERTIFICATION ANDLOGO

1. The certificate of Halal and Logo awarded to the holders shall not be sold, transferrednor shall its content be altered.

The use of tlie certificate of Halal is subjected to the above laws and regulations that arecurrently in force.

Any changes of the shareliolders, companies or factories name, or address, brand name,suppliers or anything relating thereto, shall be informed in writing to the Director oflslamic Food Research Centre ASIA.

The holders shall be held liable for any misuse or fraudulent use of such certificate inaccordance with the laws in force. In case damages or loss, the certificate holder shallimmediately infonn in writing to the Director of Islamic Food Research Centre ASIA.

The certificate granted may be withdrawn or its validity terminated when IFRC-ASIA hasreason to believe that the holders are in breach of the 'Guides Lines' or that the methodor mode of conduct that is contrary to Islamic Law.

The holder of such certificate shall only use it for such goods and as such premises astherein stated in the certificate.

1. The original Halal Certificate should be exhibit.
