The SR bi-lobe bare shaft machines incorporate the latest blower design. The casing is constructed of cast iron and ribbed to ensure adequate heat dispersal and increased rigidity. All rotors are dynamically balanced which reduces vibration, wear and tear on the bearings and eliminates stress fractures on the silencers.

More than 100 special gas blowers available for various applications - In accordance with EU Directive 94/9/EC – ATEX.

Units are mostly custom designed for unique application and customer requests. Design of blower is ex-proof and prevents transfer of explosion from the inside to the outside of

blower. Blower unit is gas-tight. Material design is adapted according to the type of the gas (standard design, with anti-corrosion

protection or made from stainless steel). Blower units are equipped with safety devices and relevant measuring elements for the control

and eventual visualization of the operating parameters. They are able to operate in combination mode with remote data transfer.

HADRON TURBO BLOWERS TURBO MOTOR/ IMPELLER

The high-speed PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor ) RPM is controlled via the inverter frequency.

Direct connection of the shaft to the impeller. Lowest power loss and noise (less than 75dB). High speed rotation (max. 60,000 rpm). Lowest mechanical friction due to air foil bearing. Built-in air cooling system. Start-stop cycle test conducted over 20,000 times. Max efficiency 97~98%.

The impeller that is used in the turbo blower motor guarantees the best performance andreliability with sophisticated design and precision manufacturing based on aviation technology.

Adoption of high-strength heat-treatment aluminum AL7075. Low abrasion characteristics. 100% transmission efficiency due to the direct connection to the shaft. Built-in Air cooling system.

TURBO AIR FOIL BEARING

Adopts 100% oil-free non-contact system. Simple system no need for extra maintenance. High efficiency minimizing power losses. No vibration and less noise. Semi-permanent lifespan.

Hadron Engineering have partnered up with a leading manufacturer of high speed Turbo Blowers. Our Partner produces Turbo Blowers using the most up to date technologies in air bearing, using high precision aerodynamic impeller, highly efficient and durable PMSM and customised VFD and control instrumentation in a compact blower package.

The Turbo Blower offers significant energy savings in systems demanding large air flows against a positive displacement blower. This energy saving along with low noise and ease of maintenance and installation makes the Turbo Blower the ideal alternative to a conventional blower.

Hadron can offer flexible finance options for all Turbo Blowers to meet any budget and this cost can be off set against the energy savings made.

SIDE CHANNEL BLOWERS BLOWER RECONDITIONING AND RETRO-FITS

Our range of side channel blower pumps are developed, controlled and manufactured to the highest quality by FPZ SpA in Italy. This range of side channel blower pumps aims to rival other EU manufacturers and in many instances, they are inter-changeable with the Siemens 2BH, G Series pumps.

Dry, non contacting side channel blower pumps can be used for vacuum or low-pressure industrial applications. Alternatively, they can be used for a combination of pressure and vacuum process. The side channel blower pumps are very quiet, robust and deliver almost smooth pulsation-free air flow.

As the national servicing hub for FPZ we can repair all FPZ side channel blowers as well as any other manufacturer‘s side channel blowers.

We can recondition any roots type blower, regardless of make or country of origin. With over 20 years experience we have developed a number of highly cost effective techniques to replace and refurbish worn parts. Each machine is re-manufactured to original clearances and then individually performance tested before receiving our stamp of approval.

Many popular makes and models are held in stock to get you back on line with the minimum of delay in the event of an untimely breakdown.

RECONDITIONING

RETRO-FITTING BLOWERSWe have repaired and reconditioned thousands of blowers & have developed a number of highly cost effective techniques to replace and refurbish worn parts.

Occasionally, however, some machines are beyond economic repair and a direct replacement with a new machine is impossible because the model has been discontinued or the original manufacturer is no longer in business.

This would usually mean that the entire package has to be replaced but Hadron Engineering is able to offer a more economic solution.

A bare shaft blower is selected which most closely matches both the performance and fit of the original machine and is then supplied with a complete kit of parts to enable it to be substituted with a minimum of fuss.

The kit may comprise adaptor pieces if flange detail is not identical and a new drive to match the performance of the new blower to the original. On occasions it might be necessary to modify belt guards etc but whatever it takes, you can rely upon Hadron Engineering to make the transition as pain free as possible.
