New technologies are transforming customer behaviors, businesses, industries and societies. At IE, we believe that a single model or toolkit is not enough to adapt to this ever-changing environment. It takes an understanding of core management principles driven by a completely new mindset.
An exponential mindset can present you with opportunities to outsmart your competitors or build your own market, on your terms. Across industries, disruptive forces are redefining how business is done. A new generation of digital natives are disrupting markets and replacing traditional competitors as the strongest drivers of change. Behind this shift in mindset, we find exponential growth.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Hacking Exponential Growth is a pioneering program for senior executives from every area of the business world looking to develop an exponential mindset to create, lead and execute exponential business models. This strategic framework initiates a personal and organizational shift, which is the main takeaway of this program.
Each participant will have the opportunity to develop an individual strategic roadmap with actionable initiatives. On the one hand, the personal shift that takes place throughout the duration of the program requires developing both a new mindset (CXO mindset) and a new role within your organization (Growth Hacker). On the other hand, executives need to assume a new approach in order to effectively manage and balance exponential and linear business models.

FROM CEO TO CXO
Hacking Exponential Growth is a disruptive executive program, which starts by challenging the very foundations and assumptions of managerial techniques. Due to an unprecedented collision of technological and social transformations, many traditional approaches to business are increasingly irrelevant. At IE Business School, our faculty members are leading the way in both research and transforming perspectives regarding how organizations and leaders can adapt and thrive within our ever-evolving business landscape. The aim of this program is to help executives and organizations create a concrete strategic roadmap through a fundamental shift in mindset.
Our carefully crafted and heavily researched response to the current business climate can be summarized by the “From CEO to CXO” concept. In today’s world of business, executives in top managerial positions need to shift their mindset from that of a traditional CEO (Chief Executive Officer) to a game-changing CXO (Catalyzer Exponential Orchestrator).
This change goes beyond reimagining top managerial roles within an organization. It requires a fundamental personal and professional mindshift.
