    Guidelines for students whom permitted to change their major of study

    Bachelor Degree

    1. Student shall make a photocopy of the receipt paid for the major changingfee, and hand the copy to the registrar office (Education Records Session)

    without fail.

    2. The registration and changing of the student identification number ofstudents whom permitted to change their major of study will be

    performed as soon as the registrar office receives all of the grade results

    of the student in the current semester. In addition, he/she shall not be inarrears to the university as well. In case students require further

    3. After completed the checklist in no. 2, student shall contact the registraroffice (Education Records Session) to transfer his/her data record to

    his/her new student identification number.

    4. Student shall contact the General Administration Session (AS BuildingRoom 108) to produce a new student ID card.

    5. Student shall contact the registrar office for the change of majorconfirmation card in order to make a request for the new password (with

    new student identification number) at the Center of Information and

    Technology Services on the fourth floor (Contact person: Mr.Phanupong)

    6. In case that the request of major changing is granted in the first semesterand student does notwish to register for the summer semester. Student

    shall pre-register himself/herself via online registration system within the

    specified period with his/her new student identification number.

    7. In case that the request of major changing is granted in the first semesterand student wishes to register for the summer semester. Student must

    inform the registrar office (Education Records Session) in advance since

    he/she must register himself/herself with his/her previous student

    identification number (previous major).

    8. Student shall get the courses registration form at the registrar office(Education Rosters Division) for the approval of the course instructors

    and his/her the advisor, orderly. Student shall return the completed

    registration form to the Education Rosters Division within the specified

    period. (Students may check the processing schedule in the document

    number 7 of the Major Changing Procedures)

    9. Student shall pay the tuition fees within the specified period without fail,otherwise his/her courses registration will be cancelled automatically and

    he/she shall perform the courses registration by himself/herself again in

    the late registration period.
