Argillite strikes southeast and dips 800SW.

Two veins are present both of which strike N650E,

dip vertically and consist of quartz with small amounts

of pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena and native gold.

The veins are up to one foot in width and at least

200 feet long.

1911-1912: Shaft to 32 feet, 160 feet of drifting

on the 30 foot level and vein stoped out to surface.

Shaft to 60 feet and on 60 feet level short crosscut.

Small stamp mill operated by The Gold Pyramid Mining

Company of Larder Lake Ltd.

1932: Property examination by Hollinger

Grev. rresh looking hard sediments bedded at40 to 'iO 0 to core. Greywacke beds are in somecases more than 12 inches thick and consistof m*artinm grained greywacke with some jaspergrains. The core surface is moderatelyspeckled with small brownish carbonate rhombsand there are a few narrow stringers of greyquartz, accomoanied by bleaching, sericitiza tion and pyritization of the greywacke.
