Phase two is a new LEED

    registered office and warehouse

    structure designed for Midwest

Testing. Plans for phase three of

    the Page Business Center

    include the construction of

    another new LEED certified

    company specializing in LEED

    certified facilities. Treanor

    Architects (St. Louis, MO) has

been a member of the USGBC

since 2004 and has 22 buildings

    LEED registered or certified.

    G.S. & S. General Contractors

    (Bridgeton, MO) is a third

    generation St. Louis general

    contracting company working

with a core group of sub-

    contractors throughout the St.

    Louis area.

Phase one of Page Business Center: the renovation of the old Dorris Gear Company manufacturing plant. The design incorporates recycled materials, a raised floor system, an open floor plan and exposed ceilings with skylights to allow for natural light throughout the space.

“Our employees love the building, from its open-air feel and abundance of natural light, to its productivity enhancing features like regional gathering places and workgroup proximity...Savings in design were also achieved in our laboratory and shop areas, including our concrete cylinder curing room, where the use of closed-loop systems for heating, cooling, and humidity resulted in saving 21/2 million gallons of water per year.”
