Barre: A ballet-inspired fitness class, incorporating ballet themes and a mix of elements from Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. Workouts are intensely focused on improving core strength, enhancing flexibility and having fun.
Body Attack: The sport-inspired cardio workout for people who love training hard! Build your strength and stamina by working through HIIT that combines athletic movement, strength and stabilisation.
Body Combat: This empowering, fiercely energetic cardio workout is inspired by martial arts and draws from disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai-Chi and Muay Thai.
Body Core: Hardcore workouts that will strengthen your body. The session looks to hit not only your abdominals but deep core muscles that help improve posture, flexibility and aids injury prevention.
Body Pump: A cool way to work out to music whilst weight training using a barbell and step. If you want to tone your body like never before but can’t seem to get the results by yourself, this class is for you.
Circuits: Energetic, fun and guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping. Not only will you have small group tuition but the class is brilliant for those looking for added motivation to work out.
GRIT SERIES: LES MILLS GRIT™ Series includes 3 unique 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts. These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, maximising calorie burn and make you perform like an athlete.
Insanity: Combining athletic training, cardio conditioning and total-body strength workouts into one session. Anybody can join in and be part of this
innovative workout that will remove the words “I can’t” from your vocabulary and turn them into “I can”.
Kondi: This upbeat and energetic class is designed to get the heart pumping and muscles working. Best of all everyone can join in whatever your fitness level.
Legs, Bums and Tums: LBT develops core strength as your abdominal and back extensors work to stabilise your body in each position and give you a sleeker, more toned lower body.
Women on Weights: This womens only session is an opportunity to gain an introduction to weightlifting techniques on the new weightlifting platforms. This session is aimed at all levels of abilities and individuals looking to learn how to lift safely and gain confidence.
Pilates: A fantastic dynamic full body stretch and deep core workout, which hones in on postural muscle groups and develops overall toning.
Spin: A high energy class featuring a great soundtrack with motivating instructors taking participants through a mixture of flats, hills and sprints!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Vinyasa flow is a vibrant practice that connects breath and postures together to create a fluidity in your movement. The continual flow of movement keeps the mind concentrated and helps develop strength and flexibility in the body.
Yoga: This class is the essential body and mind experience. Our Yoga classes utilise a powerful mix of Astanga movements as well as more gentle Hatha stretches and relaxation techniques.
Zumba: Shake your thing and get your heart pumping to the South American Latin rhythm and beat music. If you love dancing why not join the class and get fit at the same time. A class great for all levels.
